Lucy Turner Modern Marquetry collections are handmade by master craftsmen, so please allow a six-week lead time for pieces from the collection and eight weeks for bespoke requests.

The cost of your shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout. It is based on the total order value of products being purchased.

Kerbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the kerb outside your home. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

White Glove Delivery refers to a specialist, fully-insured white glove courier service. Your order will be delivered by two delivery people, who will bring the items into your home/space as directed, so you won’t have to carry a thing. White Glove service includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order up or down a maximum of one flight of stairs.

International deliveries do not include customs & clearance fees, duties & taxes, road tax or quarantine and fumigation fees which are payable by the customer prior to delivery. Failure to make payment will result in delays (unfortunately we are unable to process this payment on your behalf) and ultimately the return of the goods and further costs accrued.
